EYE CARE: For sensitive eyes; Stroke an ice cube around your eye area, preferably wrapped in a handkerchief or a paper towel. This will soothe your eyes, especially if they are feeling puffy or tired. Tapping your fingers around your eyes will help to circulate the fluid around your eyes, for a more even blood flow around the eye area. Gently cool and squeeze out two chamomile tea bags and place them over your eyes for approximately five minutes. To form an eye mask, you can also lay a sliced raw potato on your eye. Stepping into the sauna or steam room at the gym will also help to diminish any puffiness that you may have around your eye.
